As your Day-Of Coordinator, we’ll step in about a month before your wedding to gather all the details, finalize timelines, and make sure everyone knows where they need to be and when. On the big day, we’re the go-to for your vendors needs, bridal party questions, and any little hiccup that pops up - so you can sip champagne, dance, and soak in every moment stress-free.

This package includes:

  • We handle running your Wedding Rehearsal, either the night before or the morning of your big day so everyone ceremony ready!

  • We’ll gather set up/ tear down timing from all of your vendors in advance of your wedding date and direct/manage vendor needs on your wedding day so you aren’t dealing with constant interruptions while getting ready or enjoying your reception!

  • We’ll direct your bridal party/family members throughout your wedding day and answer any questions or address any concerns that might come up so everyone is on time, in the know, and having the best time celebrating you!

  • We’ll help set up any decorations, personal items, or favors that need to be arranged that are not handled by any other vendors so you can spend your time relaxing and getting ready for your big day!

  • We’ll keep the day flowing for you, the bridal party, your family, the vendors, and your guests so you can enjoy every moment of your big day, without worrying if you’re running late!
